Additions and Revisions

It can sometimes be hard to tell what's new, what's revised and what you've already been to. This page should help you keep track of what's changed since your last visit.

Older pages of additions and revisions will be archived off every few months, to keep this list managable.

New BDSM Checklist

Wow, where to begin? We are starting to find that we work on a whole section of Soul's Haven, off-line, then push it all in one go. Never has that been more true than with the new BDSM Checklist. Taking up almost all of our spare time for the last few months - and then going through a lot of testing, we think we have created something that really stands out. We hope you enjoy it too.

New BDSM Checklist / Register

This page allows you to create an account to use on the system.

New BDSM Checklist / Log In

Once you have an account, you can log in, whenever you want, here.

New BDSM Checklist / My Profile

This is the main page for your account. It lets you handle everything from controlling access to filling out new lists and emailing your checklist on to others.

New BDSM Checklist / Public Answers

This page contains a list of all of the people who were kind enough to make their checklists public. You can find your friends here or simply look to see what other people are in to for proof that you are not alone.

New BDSM Checklist / Answers

This page lets you view the answers for any given user. If a friend has filled in a checklist and given you their username, go to this page and type it in to view their list. Of course, if they are password protected, you’ll still have to enter the password before viewing them.

New BDSM Checklist / Compare Answers

If you want to take a quick look to see where your partner and you match up and where you don’t, you can go to the Compare Answers page. Now you can see your lists with one Dominating and the other submitting (and then vice-versa, beneath), lined up next to each other, as well as a calculated compatibility score.

Once you have checked for yourself and your partner, you can always go and compare your list with that friend you have been considering playing with, or your subs with a Dominant you were considering loaning them to.

New BDSM Checklist / Suggested Scenes

Should you wish to, you can use the information stored in a checklist to generate a suggested scene. Paying attention to what is and isn’t enjoyed, scenes can be generated for Doms, for subs and even for couples, based on both their tastes.

New BDSM Checklist / Lies, Damned Lies And Statistics

If you are wondering how some of the numbers and conclusions the site comes up with are generated, this page should explain the theory behind them.

New BDSM Checklist / New Features

This is the page that talks about all of the new things that this checklist does that we are so proud of.

How to describe this? A new section or a stupidly large article broken in to a lot of separate pages? It's actually both. However it is described, there are now a huge number of ideas for those in long distance relationships.

The Library/Story Codes

(And crosslinked via various other sections)

With all of the erotic fiction posted to the newsgroups, a system was needed to categorize it so that people could tell at a glance what a given story was likely to be about. That system evolved as a series of letter codes that could be placed in the description of the story or the title.

This page provides a list of most of the commonly used codes, their usage, and what is hopefully a convenient way to search for them. For more information on searching, check the bottom of the page.
